Week 2: What Do I Want More Of?
Explore What Energizes You
Pay attention to what inspires you, what feels meaningful, and what may be inviting you toward something new.
Last week, we took time to understand where we are today. We reflected on our current season of life, the responsibilities we're carrying, what gives us energy, and what may no longer fit as well as it once did.
This week, we're turning our attention toward a different question.
What do I want more of?
It's a surprisingly difficult question.
Many women spend years responding to what needs to be done. Careers, families, homes, appointments, obligations, and endless to-do lists gradually become the focus. Somewhere along the way, we stop asking ourselves what we actually want.
We often know what we'd like less of.
Less rushing.
Less stress.
Less overwhelm.
Less feeling pulled in every direction.
But creating a meaningful next chapter isn't just about removing what drains you. It's also about intentionally making room for what brings you to life.
Maybe you're craving more creativity.
More flexibility.
More time outside.
More opportunities to learn.
More meaningful friendships.
More adventure.
More quiet mornings.
More purpose.
Or maybe you simply want something that belongs entirely to you.
There isn't a wrong answer.
This week isn't about making life-changing decisions or mapping out the next ten years. It's about paying attention to what continues to capture your interest.
Notice the topics you naturally read about.
The podcasts you choose.
The books you can't put down.
The people you admire.
The hobbies you've always wanted to try.
The dreams you've quietly postponed because life became busy.
Those moments aren't random.
They're often clues.
Your next chapter isn't found by forcing an answer. It's found by paying attention to what continues to spark your curiosity.
You don't need to justify these interests or decide exactly where they might lead.
Simply notice them.
Write them down.
Become curious.
Clarity rarely arrives all at once. More often, it grows little by little as we begin recognizing patterns and giving ourselves permission to explore without pressure.
As you work through this week's reflection guide, remember that there are no perfect answers.
You're not deciding your future today.
You're simply creating space to discover what would make this season of life feel richer, more meaningful, and more aligned with the woman you're becoming.
Sometimes, that's exactly where the next chapter begins.
