Hi, I’m Jaime, a warehouse leader turned lifestyle and career mentor, here to help women live, work, and lead with bold confidence.

For over two decades, I’ve built a career in the fast-paced, male-dominated world of supply chain distribution, managing warehouses, leading teams, and making high-impact decisions that drive results. I’ve worn many hats: operations leader, HR strategist, problem-solver, and mentor to women navigating career pivots, promotions, and leadership growth. I also serve as an Advisor for Ashland University’s Women in Leadership Executive Program.

But leadership isn’t just about meetings and KPIs. It’s about living with intention.

I’m also a travel-loving, wine-sampling, hobby-chasing woman who believes joy and ambition can (and should) coexist. I’ve raised a blended family of four, become a proud (and cool) young grandma at 41, and found purpose in every season, from career climbs to creative resets. I know what it means to juggle big goals with real life. I know what it’s like to want more: a fulfilling career, meaningful family moments, creative outlets, and confidence in every decision.
