Week 1: Where Am I Right Now?

Week 1. Where Am I Right Now

Take Inventory

Understand where you are today, what energizes you, what feels missing, and what may be calling for more attention in this season of life.

Before you can design what comes next, it helps to understand where you are today.

Many women spend years moving from one responsibility to another without ever stopping to ask themselves what they want, what they miss, or what may be changing in this season of life.

This week is about slowing down long enough to take inventory.

  • Not to judge.

  • Not to fix.

  • Not to make big decisions.

  • Simply to notice.

Together, we'll explore questions around work, relationships, responsibilities, energy, interests, and fulfillment.

You'll begin identifying what feels aligned, what feels draining, and what may deserve more attention moving forward.

By the end of this week, you'll have a clearer picture of where you are today and a stronger foundation for discovering what comes next.
