If you apply to be a guest, participate in an interview, send a listener question, or submit audio, video, photographs, a biography, links, or other materials, we may use that information to evaluate your submission, communicate with you, produce and promote content, and maintain business records. Any right to record, edit, publish, distribute, or promote a guest's appearance should also be addressed in a separate guest release or written agreement.

1.4 Purchases and Payments

If you make a purchase, we may collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, order details, and product preferences. Payments are processed by third parties, such as Squarespace Payments, Stripe, Square, or another payment processor. We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Printful or another fulfillment provider may receive the information needed to manufacture and ship your order. The Site may use Google Places API to suggest or complete addresses during checkout.

1.5 Public Content and Social Features

Information you post publicly, including blog comments, social-media comments, reviews, or public podcast interactions, may be visible to others and may be copied or shared outside our control. Social-sharing buttons and embedded media may allow the relevant platform to collect information about your interaction, even if you do not directly interact with the feature.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
